At Porter Brook Dental Centre, we believe it should be easy to

access care.

And as such, Porter Brook Dental Centre is one of the few practices in Sheffield that offer a 30-minute consultation free of charge!

During your Free Treatment Coordinator

Consultation, we will discuss with you:

  • Information about different treatment options.
  • As much information as possible so you can make up your mind.
  • Possible treatmentplan, fees and estimates.
  • Financial Agreements.

After your meeting, what happens next - is up to you

You may decide:

  • You would like to go ahead and see the dentist.
  • You might want to think about treatment options.

Your TCO will organize a convenient time to see Dr. Gaitonde.

On the other hand, you might feel treatment is not right for you after all. You are under no obligation.

Our treatment co-ordinators (TCO)

are Rasa and Kelsey

They work closely as dental nurses with Dr. Gaitonde to ensure that every patient has the appropriate options for their desired goals. Rasa and Kelsey are able to look at the treatment plan from the patient's perspective and make sure it is beneficial to the patient’s specific needs. At your consultation appointment, they will be able to answer any questions you have regarding your dental concerns and go through the different options that are available.

Whether you are a new patient or one of our valued existing patients the TCO will help you understand the treatment and make sure you are confident and happy with the procedures.

Your friendly and informal meeting will take place in our TCO room. This is especially beneficial for anxious patients as you will not have to sit in the dental chair or come into contact with the surgery environment at this point. This gives you a chance to relax and ask as many questions as you like without being distracted.
