Coronavirus (COVID-19) notice

PORTER BROOK

Notice Update 8 June 2020

We are pleased to announce the re-opening of our practice.

There have been a number of changes in the way we operate as per new guidance, so please expect changes in the way we work during your appointment. We have adopted new ways of working following new guidance for PPE and are organising the ways in which we can provide dental procedures differently.

The safety of our patients and staff is our foremost priority so we are limiting the number of patients and treatments in our practice to ensure social distancing within the practice.

Whilst Face to Face consultations will be limited to reduce the spread of the virus, you will have access to our services through an initial Remote Phone or Video Consultations. This will be offered to you before we see you in the practice, to keep your visit as short as possible.

Our patients will already be familiar with our stringent cross-infection control policy that we had in place before the COVID 19 Pandemic, so you can approach us with confidence.

We can be contacted as usual by phone on 0114 279 9894 and by email info@porterbrookdental.co.uk .

So that you can attend your appointment with confidence, we have a short video highlighting the changes to expect during your visit (video coming soon).
